Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Reservation

By making a reservation at Villa Lucilla, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. All booking requests are subject to availability and confirmation by the property management.

A reservation is only considered confirmed once the required deposit has been received and you have received a confirmation email.

2. Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
  • No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

3. House Rules

  • Check-in: 15:00 - 22:00
  • Check-out: 11:00
  • No smoking inside the villa.
  • No pets allowed unless specifically agreed in writing.
  • No large parties or events without prior authorization.
  • Respect for neighbors and quiet hours between 23:00 and 08:00.

4. Security Deposit

A security deposit of €500 is required for all stays. This will be held and released within 7 days of checkout, subject to an inspection of the property.
